On the ground floor: Living room (TV, Internet, Bluetooth speaker, board games) with kitchenette (gas hob, microwave, electric oven, freezer compartment). Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom (140x200 bed) and its private bathroom with WC (sink and shower). The staircase to access the mezzanine is steep and narrow (not suitable for young children). Outside: Unfenced land. Shared garden. Gravel courtyard that can accommodate several vehicles. Terrace. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Covered shelter. Electric heating. All charges included. Bed linen and towels provided. Beds made on arrival. Cleaning optional. During the winter months, you can admire the ephemeral beauty of the white marshes, a natural phenomenon where all the vegetation is covered in water. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts will be delighted, as the GR23 and the Vélomaritime hiking trails are right next to the property.
