Perched just 10 meters from the sea, under the shade of plane trees and palm trees, our charming and spacious 150 sq.m. villa features a bright living room facing south. This two-story luxury villa comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to eight people. The combination of tall wood and iron ceilings, along with large glass doors, offers breathtaking views of the sea, the Rio-Antirrio bridge, and the Peloponnesian mountains.
Our brand-new property adheres to the highest standards of house construction, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The ground floor welcomes you with a beautiful living room featuring a fireplace and a 65” television, a sauna, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with top-notch built-in electrical devices.
