About this villa rental
Our quiet, approximately 30-square-meter vacation apartment, lovingly and modernly furnished, is located on the 2nd floor of a Wilhelminian-style villa with a view of the garden. It consists of one bedroom/living room, a fully equipped kitchen (including a Senseo capsule coffee maker), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet (toilet paper and soap provided as a starter kit).
During the renovation, we used clay plaster, and the apartment is heated with radiant heat radiators.
Our lovingly furnished vacation apartment, as well as our new studio, are located in a charming Wilhelminian-style house. From here, you can reach Stralsund’s Old Town in about 5 minutes and the beach in about 10 minutes on foot. Shopping options are available in the immediate vicinity. A parking space is available on the property. Guests are welcome to use the garden. A bike rack or bike garage is available for bicycles.
The Hanseatic city of Stralsund is situated amidst the island paradises of Rügen, Hiddensee, Usedom, and Fischland-Darß-Zingst, nestled in the picturesque landscape of the Vorpommern Bodden coast.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
