Great place, lots of space for NYC. Easy check in and out. Located close to the metro and grocery stores. My family and i had such a great time.

This was the perfect home base for our trip to New York City. It had easy access to the subway, grocery and store options, and great restaurants. The apartment was clean and well-apportioned. The garden was a lovely bonus in the city.

It wouldn’t take much to make this place a five star: answer texts, have the property clean and ready to check in on time, stock toilet paper, provide enough glasses, cups, plates, bowls, for four people for two days, clean the cabinets of old supplies from past guests, mop the floor, check the dishwasher, stock detergent, hose off the yard furniture, and put a deadbolt on the back door. Otherwise great location, spacious apartment, would recommend.
