If you are looking for a place very close to the U of A and within easy walking distance, this fits the bill. This property does have a parking permit as advertised, and it is easy to park on the street with it. This place is quite small, so good for only 1 or max 2 people. Not good for anyone with balance issues while sitting, since the stools at the tables are not very sturdy.
