The Lydia Mountain Lodge was a nice surprise. We stayed 4 nights and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. It was quiet and comfortable. The mattresses were very comfy. The grounds and lodge are beautiful and fun to explore. I highly recommend!

We stayed in schoolhouse room after a day of hiking at Shenandoah. Cute small restaurant at lodge with friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Only thing was keurig did not work.

We stayed in the Schoolhouse Room at Lydia Mountain Lodge and absolutely loved it! The room was so clean and cute, with a beautiful view that made our stay extra relaxing. The lodge itself has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, and the restaurant was wonderful — great food and excellent service from start to finish.
The only downside was that the website listed the room as having two queen-size beds, but they were actually full-size beds. Other than that small detail, everything was perfect. We’d definitely stay here again!
