During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

The property was exactly as described and was perfect for two people in the middle of a relocation. The place was more spacious than expected and provided the essentials with a 10 minute walk to metro, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
