• Small pets (22 lbs. or less) are warmly welcome, and we established a pet-friendly policy. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for both guests and your furry companions, a nominal fee may be applied for this optional service. This fee helps us maintain the cleanliness of our property and may provide additional amenities for your pet's well-being. Rest assured; we strive to provide a welcoming environment for you and your small pet during your stay with us.
• We hope you'll enjoy the water activities (paddle boat) during your stay. We kindly ask that after use, please carry the equipment back to the designated area against the house. Please avoid dragging them across the grass, concrete, or stones to help keep everything in good condition.
• Property treated for pests. Lakes provide habitat for a variety of creatures. The owner is not responsible for wildlife or insects; however, please notify us of any issues or unusual occurrences.
• Guests using motorized water toys must adhere to Lake Murray's NO WAKE zones. Close to the docks is a NO WAKE ZONE. If you want to boat, tube, or jet ski, please go into bigger water.
• Children must be supervised by an adult when on the dock, swimming, or using any water toys as needed.
• To provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, primary guests must be at least 25 years old to book accommodations with us.
• As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we ensure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair above the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Palmetto will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request. We kindly ask that no furniture be moved during your stay. Thank you!

The property is pet friendly however there is no fence to keep your dogs in and the neighbor has a cat that must live outdoors, which caused some tension. The house overall was great however, the yard was unkept and the neighbor decided to cut it Saturday while we were getting ready to go out on the boat. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the home was very cute and cozy very accessible dock as well.

We have a very comfortable stay. Everything was ready for us and kept up very well. We especially enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen that had everything from plastic wrap, coffee filters, all needed kitchen utensils, garbage bags, cleaning supplies to even some condiments. The complimentary coffee and water really came in handy. There even was a gallon of drinking water in the fridge that I especially enjoyed after the long trip there.My daughter spent a lot of time completing the puzzles and she even found new puzzles to play with. Every board game you can think of and even some games you never even heard of.We had a lot of fun in the paddle boat wearing the provided life jackets.There was a fire pit already full of wood in the backyard which we were delighted to see.It was hard to find something we needed that wasnt already there.At the end of our seven day stay, the place felt like home and we would love to book from PMI again.

We enjoyed the three bedroom two bath home on the lake. It has a beautiful deck view. It is well equipped with a washer and dryer. It is nestled back in a private area of the lake. The rooms were clean. There were three televisions in the home. They also had every kind of game imaginable to play for a family. It was a fun week thank you.
