This is a wonderful house in a wonderful location! Immaculately clean, quirky, beautifully appointed, comfortable for four adults. Walking distance from the river and walking bridge across the river, several excellent restaurants, live music. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Hobbit House! The location is unbeatable. In walking distance to many great restaurants and coffee shops, a lot of cute shops are just a short drive down Frankfort Ave, and close to downtown. We stayed during Thunder Over Louisville and were able to watch the air show and the fireworks from the front porch. The house had everything we needed and was clean. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. Definitely would book again!

Loved the house and would stay there again! We walked to an event at Mellwood Art Center and to various restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Easy parking and had everything I needed for a weekend with my teenage kids. Thanks a lot!
