Applecross is beautiful, I was really looking forward to our stay while attending a conference. Unfortunately communication with the host and the multiple agents we had to work through, found us locked out of the accommodation for an hour after arrival, having to work through multiple layers of people to finally get the code to get in. Most unpleasant start to our time away.
Steep steps to the apartment, shower head loose, toilet flusher sticking and dirt under the bed.
Not awful, but despite the beautiful location we probably won’t stay there again.
