This amazing studio offers a real home feel in an Art Deco building of 16 apartments with a common rooftop offering district views. The apartment offers a great use of space, with sleeping alcove and has been beautifully renovated in a chic, contemporary manner optimising all available space. The studio is fully furnished with all linen and towels provided. Laptop friendly with adjustable table.
Set in an urban oasis, in the middle of Sydney's best bars, restaurants and night life, small and tidy but everything you need and want, plus a few extras - security complex, American Oak floor boards, luxe bed, 40 inch flat screen, Internal laundry, fully renovated kitchen with oven, dishwasher, range-hood, 40mm stone bench-tops and hexagonal splash back tile.
Bathroom in white subway brick tiles, with curved vanity and clever space saving solutions. Built in wardrobe, high ornate ceilings, deep timber architraves, centrally located but exceptionally quiet! Wonderful restaurants and great coffee in every direction.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from King Cross station and all amenities.
Philipp is a very pleasant host, available and accommodating. I would stay there again without hesitation if necessary
