About this apartment rental
At an altitude of 500m, in a small corner of the Montagne Noire, adjoining my farmhouse, on the first floor, pleasant little cottage of 62m2 for 4 people.
Two beautiful terraces with garden furniture, for one, facing south (access to bay window living room), view of the Lauragais plain and on the horizon the Pyrenees chain, which delights us when it is snowy. For the other, to the north, adjoining the kitchen, a beautiful space where you can have your breakfast, while listening in spring, to the beautiful serenades of the birds that nest in the nearby woods.
The private external staircase that leads to this cottage will give you access, you can park right next to it.
On the first floor, you can enjoy a green space with a bench to relax in peace. Walks in the surrounding nature will make you discover beautiful vegetation. In the autumn, it will be pleasant for you to pick chestnuts, wild flowers and others...
Labécède Lauragais, a small picturesque village in the Aude, with about 420 inhabitants. Here are the towns and local transport:
25 minutes from Castelnaudary, motorway of the 2 seas, SNCF station (well served), the Canal du Midi (Port and Navigation). Culinary speciality "Le Cassoulet".
20 minutes from Revel, "Tourist Office", very nice Saturday market (local products), several supermarkets.
55 minutes from Toulouse, (Pink City), Airbus.
Visits and local activities:
- Young motorcycle riders course (Labécéde circuit).
- Gliding, gliders (history of the Aéropostale museum), possibility of introduction to gliding.
- 10 minutes from the equestrian center (Les Cammazes), initiation and horseback riding for the initiated.
- 15 minutes away, Lake of St Ferreol, supervised swimming, nautical base (rental sailboats, pedal boats...)
- 20 minutes from Revel, city of furniture (marquetry), wood museum, and canal du Midi museum.
