This home is fully-updated, pristine, bright, and boasting with original character like its round-top front door, glass door knobs, transoms above doorways, hardwoods throughout, and two fireplaces. Delightfully classic details of the home pair well with modern amenities in the gorgeous kitchen and updated bathrooms. The three bedroom, two bath cottage is perfect for a Masters retreat. The primary has a King Bed/Tempur-pedic Mattress, sitting area, secretary desk, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity. Another large bedroom is equally lovely with gorgeous windows adding lots of natural light, a Queen Bed and vanity. The Queen Room shares a bathroom with another bedroom equipped with a Double Bed and vanity. The oversized living room is as chic as it is cozy with a wood-burning fireplace, and pull-out sofa bed which can comfortably accommodate two additional guests. The downstairs basement (19x19), with beautiful wood beams and the second fireplace, has been converted to a gameroom/workout space and has a ping pong table, sitting area, games, sole treadmill, nordic track recumbent bike, and horizon elliptical. Escape a little of the hustle and bustle of crowds and walk to dinner at a local restaurant, enjoy ice cream at The Pink Dipper, a milkshake at Sno Cap, or simply enjoy the blooming azaleas from one of the home's outdoor areas (which include a side patio, back deck with fire table and hot tub, or heated/cooled screened and glassed-in porch).
