Close to beaches, downtown Pensacola, and all of the natural wonders of NW FL.

We booked the Blackwater Bay Bungalow as the home base for our family trip to the Pensacola area and it was pure perfection. Being able to see brilliant sunrises and glorious sunsets from the same vantage point on the property was absolutely incredible. Book the Bungalow for a fantastic experience!

Great location to explore Yellow River and East River. Boat dock was very convenient for early morning and last evening cruses. Boat ramp on Mae Lane is just down the street and very convenient. Spacious house with very nice screened in porch facing Wards Basin. Very relaxing vacation.

Great location, water depths are good for access to dock and getting out to the bay. Probably the cleanest rental we’ve stayed in.
