You will benefit from:

The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Private outdoor space:
- Swimming pool 10m x 5m , NOT HEATED, with a depth of 0.80 to 1.80 meters, equipped with an alarm.
This property includes an unsupervised swimming pool.
By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with its use and agree to strictly comply with all safety instructions.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Safety devices are provided as an aid only and do not replace active supervision.
Guests are responsible for ensuring safe use of the pool throughout their stay.

Linen is laundered in our laundry and is made of cotton with satin edging.

Beds will be made up.
Pool towels can be supplied for €5 each.

The House is 900 meters from Mornac sur Seudre, a village where you can meet many craftsmen and admire their skills.
It's a relaxing, car-free place, with a small port, restaurants, cafés and charming little streets.
The village has a post office, tourist office, bakery and grocery store.
You can take a guided boat trip on the Seudre, departing from Mornac sur Seudre.
Kayaks and paddles are also available for hire from the port of Mornac sur Seudre, for a trip along the banks of the Seudre.

Oyster beds line the village.

In July and August, Mornac sur Seudre offers a wide range of entertainment, with a night-time traders' market and fireworks display.
Concerts are held at the shared gardens during the summer months.

Mornac sur Seudre is close to wild pine-fringed beaches, La Palmyre zoo, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Oléron and Ile d'Aix.
