The open, high-quality living and dining area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and modern appliances, is perfect for your next cooking night.
With two spacious bedrooms, well-appointed and comfortable beds (180 m x 200 m & 160 x 200), and automatic roller blinds, you can enjoy restful nights here. An additional guest can also spend the night on the large sofa bed (100m x 200m).

The fully equipped bathroom in this exclusive apartment offers pure relaxation and comfort, with a walk-in shower for added convenience.
A stylish balcony (facing east) with high-quality furniture offers the perfect spot to enjoy warm days. A grill is also available.
A large garden with an orchard (total of 3,000 square meters) is available for shared use, and a quiet play area with a swing ensures plenty of fun for our younger guests as well.

A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use.
Unlimited parking is available in front of the house. A shared bike shed is available for use; please remember to bring your own locks.
