Kim was a fantastic host, and the area had so many different things to do! I really enjoyed my stay, especially because I was visiting with my girlfriend, and it kept us close to all of the things that we wanted to do while still giving her a little bit of vacation.
Captain’s BBQ on A1A, as well as all of the restaurants down by Flagler Beach had amazing vibes and great scenery

restaurants,shopping and golf courses were all nearby as well as local live theatre. Home is fairly new and nice layout.

Kim was very responsive to messages. The star rating reflects my stay but as I said the owner is very responsive to messages and had already started on some of the suggested improvements before we had even left Palm Coast. I am sure we would give a higher rating in the future.
