About this house rental
Come and rest in this charming independent cottage of 50 m², quiet and bright, renovated in 2015 in a traditional and ecological way. The garden is enclosed with private parking for 2 vehicles. It is located in the Iroise region, 300 m from the beaches and 20 m from the GR 34.

The apartment is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with 2 single beds, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A sofa bed is also available in the living room.
The terrace faces south-south-west. You can also enjoy garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, a barbecue and a bicycle shed.
Equipment:
Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, food processor, electric coffee maker and Senseo, Wifi, television, DVD player, ironing board with iron.
Bed linen is provided free of charge and beds made.
Bathroom linen can be rented €5.
Cleaning fee possible on request: 80 €.
Charges (water and electricity) are to be paid according to consumption at the end of the stay.
Pier for the islands of Ouessant and Molène (Le Conquet) at 30 kms or Lanildut at 9 Kms, animal park at 5 Kms, amusement park of the 3 Curées at 15 Kms, Brest and Oceanopolis at 30 Kms, Saint Renan medieval town with its large Saturday morning market at 15 Kms.
