Sunny French Country Home + Unit in Laurentians | 55mins to Tremblant & Montreal

I work in architecture and my wife works in the arts. We're travelling for work and are looking for lovely people to stay at our phenomenal home. We are open to long stays.


THE HOME
Our home is beautiful with tons of natural light, lots of space, wonderful views, and many amenities, as well as private lake access. We have a gym, a sauna, a spa tub, two kitchens incl. dishwashers, multiple living rooms, three fireplaces, and balconies, patios and a wonderful three season porch. The kitchen is well-equipped for chefs and bakers.

The main house features three spacious bedrooms, a luxurious spa (with a sauna, a two-person tub, and a Scandinavian lounger), a media room with a large, comfy sectional, a fully-equipped home gym and so much more. Abundant natural light enriches the interior, creating a warm and inviting ambiance, amplified by wood-burning fireplaces in both the living room and the walk-out basement.

For culinary enthusiasts, the large kitchen offers ample counter space, a generous pantry, and dinette. When it comes to dining, choose between a sun soaked formal dining room that seats eight or opt for a more casual setting on the BBQ-equipped patio and screened porch, both offering forest and mountain views (and perfect for projector + screen in the summer!). If work calls, the home provides multiple dedicated workspaces, complete with standing desks and high-end chairs, and even a walkout balcony.

Additionally, the property includes a self-contained intergenerational unit, adding another layer of flexibility. This unit features its own spacious bedroom, full kitchen, living area, fireplace, washer/dryer, and dedicated parking.


THE LOCATION
Nestled at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac and enveloped by a lush, wooded landscape with mountain vistas, this home is a sanctuary for those seeking both luxury and a haven for those who love the outdoors. Lakes, hiking trails, biking, paddleboarding, even paddleboard yoga! Morin-Heights is a magical town with one of everything you could possibly need, each place has incredible charm (the bakery, the coffee shop, the bar, the restaurant, the brunch spot, all incredible).


AMENITIES
Further amenities include fiber internet, NestCam security, three TVs equipped with many streaming services, and a one-acre property that links directly to local snowshoe trails. All linens, towels, and soap included. Utilities and snow removal are extra. If occupying the intergenerational unit, there will be a small premium.
