We had the most wonderful time with friends. This place was very clean, looked exactly like its photos and had plenty of room to gather. We enjoyed being able to walk to “Caddy’s” restaurant/bar just across the road. The beds were comfortable perfectly decorated. The views of the beach from almost anywhere in the house sets this property apart. Just a few steps from the ocean, we sat and watched the most magnificent sunsets every night. An open window brings the crashing waves into the bedroom as you sleep. We will definitely be back.

The property was gorgeous, views were incredible, beach was steps from the door, decor was beautiful, but the management company treated me as if I was a bother. Communication was extremely confusing. None of the info was added to the Vrbo app, so I called the number in the listing but because we couldnt get into the house. It was after 5 on a weekend I went to an answering service that told me to drive to an address 30 minutes away to get a check in packet. I was finally able to get a live body after waiting for 45 minutes in the driveway and was provided with the code to unlock the door…it had been texted to me exactly at 4, but was buried in a sea of other texts and I didn’t see it bc I wasn’t expecting it. I also asked several times for a late check out and everyone kept telling me it was too early to tell me that I could… when I finally got someone live the morning of my check out they said I was calling too late🙄 and I received a response to my online request 2 hours after my checkout time. The owners of the home should look into a new property management company…
