"Schöne Aussicht" is located on the upper floor and is accessed via an outdoor staircase. The gentle sloping ceilings create a cozy atmosphere as soon as you enter the spacious living/dining room; exposed beams separate the kitchen area from the entryway. “Schöne Aussicht” faces south—the highlight is the large balcony in front of the living area. From here, you have a sweeping view across the fields to the Hertha Spring and the Beek River toward the Greifswalder Bodden. The bedroom and shower room face north.
The 45 m² space features an open, fully equipped kitchen-living area with an oven/microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dining table.
The separate bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and storage space. The bedroom features a wardrobe and a spacious double bed (180x200).
The living room features a sofa, armchairs, and an LCD TV.
Wi-Fi (up to 6 Mbit/s) is available throughout the house.

Refresh yourself with water from the estate’s own Hertha Spring—straight from the faucet in your vacation apartment. It’s located about 1,000 meters from Gut Rosengarten: the Hertha Spring, which was discovered in 1903. Right next to the spring, the former bottling plant buildings have been transformed into a small vacation village that offers perfect tranquility, fresh air, and authentic, sustainable country life, combined with the utmost comfort and all the amenities of the organic estate. The historic main house, dating from 1910, has been extensively renovated and converted into five apartments. Three bungalows were added in the spring of 2020 as “Herthaquelle lazy.”
In just a few minutes’ walk westward, you’ll reach the manor house and the farm store, passing through orchard meadows and sheep pastures, and by the vegetable beds and greenhouses of the estate’s own Bioland-certified garden center. You can reach the Greifswald Bodden, with its fine sandy beach and opportunities for kite surfing, in just a few minutes heading east. If you’re traveling by car, parking spaces are, of course, available right at the property.
The apartments in the main building are designed for solo travelers and couples and, ranging from 45 to 65 m², offer perfect amenities and a lovingly designed atmosphere. They all feature spacious shower rooms where you can indulge in the water from the Hertha spring. The kitchens are modern and functional, equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktops, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Here, you can let your culinary creativity run wild. If you’d rather not cook yourself but still want to dine comfortably in the comfort of your own home, in the garden, or on the balcony, you can pick up seasonal dishes at the farm store—freshly prepared with vegetables and herbs grown on the estate.
