Retreat every night to your stylish condo w/ coastal decor, an open concept living area, king size bed and ensuite bathroom. This unit has a balcony with a view of the intracoastal waterway and the resort is beach front with direct beach access. This condo is located on the 6th floor and there is an elevator. Upon entering you will see the kitchen to the left and a full-sized washer and dryer for your use to the right. Walk through to the dining area, where there is a table with seating for 4, and an open living area with Smart TV and comfortable seating. Lots of natural light comes from the sliding glass doors leading to the balcony with seating and beautiful views. Off the living area is the door leading to the king-sized bedroom and ensuite with walk-in shower, and another door to the balcony, allowing for lots of natural light in the room.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. No pets allowed. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for 1 dog under 20 lbs There are 2 designated pet relief areas (one is by the pool/BBQ area and the other is by the parking garage).
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
