- Shampoo, conditioner, body/hand soap, fluffy towels and hair dryer provided in each bathroom

Getting Around:
You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTIE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.
Other Things to Note:
- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.
- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
- When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.
- CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.

We loved the location...it was perfect. The house was great, There were three of us and with luggage and sharing one bathroom, it was fine, but four or more would have been crowded. The upstairs is open so thank goodness no one snored. The beds and linens were great. I slept on the sofa bed every night, and it was comfortable and a piece of cake to convert it to a sofa every morning.

This was a quaint 2 bed 2 story small white wooden farmhouse, completely updated with 2 rockers on the front porch. It's small but comfortable and had everything we needed. We were close to the parade route and close enough to walk to town.
