Named after Joseph Napier, the everyday hero who founded the lifesaving station in St. Joe. 130-year-old Napier house is rehabbed in designer luxury to perfectly suit your stay. Lush 100% linen bedding, antique soaking tub, beautiful outdoor porch/firepit, well stocked kitchen, spacious entertaining area, huge, enclosed back yard for pets/kids. Just mins from quaint St. Joe shopping, beaches, amazing food, wine, and breweries. Perfect for a girl's weekend, families, and a cozy romantic getaway.

Filled with unique decor and attentive luxuries like 100% linen sheets and comfortable bedding, specialty curated Napier House Blend coffee from local roaster, high-speed cabled Wi-Fi, streaming smart tv, fully stocked kitchen for entertaining, outdoor area, table games, dog bed and dishes, large enclosed back yard, a personal picnic basket for sunset dinner on the beach and so much more…all to elevate your vacation. You might not want to leave even though there is so much to do just mins from your door.
We have three bedrooms: Queen Bed, King Bed, Two Twin Beds, as well as a foldable futon in the living room that can comfortably fit one, or two smaller people.
This is a private home to you. The entire home, porch, and spacious enclosed backyard is yours to enjoy.
I give guest privacy and distance but am available for anything you might need as I live in town.
Located just mins from the hospital and 5 min to the downtown Saint Joe walking areas and Beaches
Plenty of parking on mulch parking area or cement pad. Easy access to groceries, shopping, dining, and recreation.

Lockbox is located on the back porch to the left of the stairs. Code will come the day of check in and will give you a key to the front door by driveway.

This is a very clean and charming house. So many charming little details everywhere. Communication is great. Kitchen is well stocked. Not ideal for anyone who might struggle with stairs. But there is 1 bedroom and bathroom on the main level. Location is great. It’s not on the lake but it’s only 7 minutes from silver beach county park and the wonderful little downtown area. I would definitely stay again.

The house was built in the early 1900s and was restored and remodeled with very artistic and creative decor. A very unique house roughly 5 miles from the beaches of Lake Michigan.
