The private balcony offers a breezy perch for enjoying coffee or cocktails. Awesome on-site amenities include two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, tennis courts, a steam room, a gym, and an outdoor shower. Barbecue areas with shared charcoal grills are ideal for cookouts. Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

The condo was extremely clean
Perfect spot close to everywhere you would want to go to eat and have fun
The bedroom had a fabulous flamingo theme.!
The king size bed was great.!
And last, but not least the balcony view of the beach could not have been better.!

The condo was exactly as advertised. The location at Seaside Resort & Racquet is perfect as it is within walking distance to many things or a short drive to many others. Parking was plentiful and convenient. The communication was excellent which made check in simple. We had no additional needs during our stay. Absolutely would rent this condo again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay, always love SBRC! Pros: The room rate was very reasonable, we had plenty of supplies, the condo was pretty clean, it was convenient to beach & had beautiful views.
Cons: The furniture, kitchen & bathroom need a few updates. The sleeper sofa is uncomfortable & the king size bed is wayyyyy too big for the bedroom.
Overall a good stay, but not sure if we would stay again bc of the issues with the furniture I listed above.
