The house was nice and comfortable. Only problem is that the vertical blinds in the bedrooms need replacing .Our negative experience was that the "Welcome Book" had not been updated by the current management co. There were only 6 sets of towels, no sheets for the pull out sofa . Incorrect info is on the listing, stating a gym and community pool were available. We finally saw where the pool was (about 15 min drive from our house). And last, there was a golf cart in the garage which turned out to be unavailable for rent but it blocked the pool table.

Overall the house was very nice and well stocked with utensils, grill, entertainment, tvs, wifi, linens, etc. It's a beautiful neighborhood and location. There were a couple items in need of repair (outside canopy, umbrella, etc) but mostly in very nice shape. Overall it was pretty clean as well. The patios were great and the community pool which is included was a great extra perk.
