there's a window that doesn't stay up in the barbie room. also found some personal effects of previous person. great location though close to so many things.

This place is a fun and great option for families with little girls looking to stay in Chinatown. The kitchen is stocked with condiments on top of pots/flatware/cups/etc. It is very close to Yinji Riceroll, which is such a comfort/breakfast all day spot. It's also so close to major septa stops. I only gave this place 4 stars because it feels DIY/cheap quality and the devil is all in the details. For example, you will get hot between the polyester sheets because heat can't escape plastic. But it's still outstanding for the price so if you value location over luxury (example: cotton bedsheets), this could be a great fit for your family.

This place is adorable! My daughters had the best time. The host was very clear in their instructions getting in and where you can park(public parking directly across the street). The beds were comfortable, it was clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay. Highly recommend!

The place was large. Furniture in main room was very cheap and uncomfortable. No real dining furniture. Minimum doing dishes, glasses etc. it was very loud as the people in apartment above were very noisy. For the price we could have done better elsewhere. Would not think about going back
