My apartment "la perle d'eau" is on the first floor of a beautiful residence by the sea. Tastefully decorated, completely renovated in 2023, the apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home.
La Perle d'eau has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchenette, a BZ convertible into a double bed and a Murphy bunk bed.
The small balcony gives light to the living room, you will find a small table for lunch.
The kitchen has a large oven, dishwasher, hob, host, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine.
The apartment has reversible air conditioning and parking space in the secure residence.
Saint Pierre la Mer is a small seaside resort where life is good, between the sea and the mountains there is always something to see in our region.
La Perle d'Eau is a 2-minute walk from the beach, 3 minutes from restaurants and the big funfair present every summer.
The street of the residence is pedestrianized all summer long to be able to host a charming craft market, at the end of the market let yourself be charmed by the Ferris wheel of the Place de Saint Pierre where you will also find every morning one of the largest vegetable and clothing markets in the area, take advantage of the many restaurants to stroll on the beach.
You will also find many water activities such as jet skiing, diving, kite surfing etc.
You can also visit many emblematic places in the region such as the salt marshes of Gruissan, the cathedral of Béziers, the locks of Béziers or even explore the city of Narbonne.
For the winter Saint Pierre is ideally located for lovers of walks, the clape borders the village. You can then enjoy the hiking and mountain biking trails, depending on the season, the clape offers us many pickings such as aromatic herbs, mushrooms, wild asparagus or even samphire by the pond.
