The ideal spot for adventure, Casa de Nello is close to a variety of lakeside restaurants, great fishing spots, marinas, snowmobiling trails, and ski resorts! Under the warm Antioch sunshine, bring your kayaks and glide across the water or fire up the gas grill and host a delicious cookout.
This two-story beauty is comprised of two fully furnished apartments that each come equipped for standalone comfort, making this a great option for a getaway shared with friends or extended family
Each space features a comfortable, open layout that includes an impressive chef's kitchen, plush seating, large smart TVs, soft linens, and central air-conditioning. Two private washer/dryers round out the creature comforts.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are 5 cameras at the home. There are 2 at the back of the home facing the lake, 2 on the side of the home facing the parking, and 1 on the other side of the home facing the beach area. There are no cameras located inside the home or facing towards the inside.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall the house was great. One thing is that the lake isn’t great for swimming. The bottom is rocky and one person cut their foot pretty badly. Not the fault of the host, just something to be aware of. For the house I’d recommend more dish towels for the kitchen. There was only one towel for the kitchen. Some of the soap dispensers were filled with a gross smelling body wash, and one of the dispensers weren’t refilled before our stay. There was a swim diaper left in the fire pit. Again, overall it’s a nice house!

Large home perfect for several families with bathroom & bedrooms for all. Lake front property on a large chain of lakes. Able to rent a pontoon at nearby marina. Cute town with shopping and many restaurants.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this property located on the Lake Marie shoreline. The house layout was perfect for the 10 of us! Very clean when we arrived and no issues during our stay!

The price was right, but that did come with sacrifices. There was dust and cobwebs. The top bunks were not made, no bed had sheets; so at night we had to search and find bedding and make each individual bed. The stairs inside are not ADA compliant and very unsafe. We had many falls and would highly recommend getting them fixed. Our local guide was non responsive when we needed assistance. Using a rental company lacks hospitality and it shows. While we did have enough plates, space and such; it had some serious flaws. It was a 3 out of 5 but I would hesitate to book again.
