Violet Sky was Wonderfully secluded and quiet yet close to the GSM NP. Check-in and communication was a breeze. Mike and Jackie have streamlined the process including the option to dl an app that outlines everything you need to know but if you have questions they are very responsive. Stayed with me, my wife, and 3 kids and loved all the sleeping options and the many porches to choose from. The cabin was clean and the kitchen was well stocked! Especially surprised by the Ninja Foodi that was available if needed. The porch view to the valley was blocked by foliage but I could see this opening up during fall and we didnt mind. I cant stress how quiet it was (when our kids were sleeping) and the fireflies were out when we stayed which made for a pleasant bonus. There was a RESIDENT BEAR in the area that def was used to finding scraps of food around so please male sure you lock up the trash! We saw it 4 separate times, 2 of which, it snuck up on me while I was outside near the front porch and I had to quickly go inside. 1 time it practically begged for food like a puppy. Hot tub was perfect after long days hiking and beds were extremely cozy. Only things I really noticed was a lack of counter space and living room seating but with the small space, there wasn't much you could do about that. The Master Suite on the bottom floor was amazing but it doesn't have a door. We didn't care that much but it might be a deal breaker if you wanted more privacy. Still HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Highly recommend! Adorable mountain cabin near the Smoky Mtns. Secluded and up in the windy mountain roads. Away from the commercialization of Pigeon Forge but close enough to head there if you'd like. House was nicely decorated, freshly cleaned, perfectly stocked with needed amenities and appliances. Hot tub was warm and clean. Loved hanging out on all 5 decks!
