The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary built-in appliances. The luxurious living room features a cozy wood-burning stove, and through the French doors, you can step right into the garden where you can enjoy your own jacuzzi. Underfloor heating in the living room ensures a high level of comfort throughout the home.

This modern and luxurious villa has everything you need for a fantastic vacation, especially since the North Holland beach is just a few minutes away by bike. In the spring, you’ll be surrounded by fields of tulip bulbs, and day trips to Alkmaar or Texel are easy to arrange. You can even reach Amsterdam in just under an hour.

The home was built to be energy-efficient. Solar panels provide the energy needed. The home is gas-free and heated by a heat pump. This makes your vacation here extremely energy-conscious.

This beautiful and fresh-looking villa is located about 2 kilometers from the dune access path leading to the stunning, wide beach of Sint Maartenszee. A walking and biking path takes you through the wide row of dunes to the beach.

Your beloved pet is most welcome. At Duinvink, 2 dogs are allowed. The fenced-in yard allows your dog to roam freely. Parking is available right next to the house.
