This vacation bungalow welcomes you for a vacation near the beach at Sint Maartenszee. The large, green garden with a beautiful patio offers plenty of space for 6 people to dine, sunbathe, and relax.

This coming winter, the house will undergo a complete transformation! The house will be fully modernized, and starting in March 2027, the floor plan will look like this:

* Bedroom 1 will be a spacious bedroom with a built-in closet, its own walk-in shower and sink, and a generous double bed.

* Bedroom 2 will remain unchanged in its layout and will feature a triple bunk bed (2+1).

* Bedroom 3 is a new room that will be furnished with two separate single beds.

* In the living room, the old fireplace will be removed and replaced with a wood-burning stove; there is also enough firewood available to use this stove. Two double doors in the living room lead outside.

* A second separate toilet will be installed.

* The kitchen will be modernized.The existing bathroom, which includes a toilet, shower, and sink, will be retiled and modernized.

Nearly the entire house will be equipped with underfloor heating, over which a beautiful rustic wood floor will be installed. In addition, all walls, window frames, and ceilings will be repainted.
