Welcome to this 2023 newly built home! With open concept living, comfortable furnishings, brand new beds and plenty of space, this home is perfect for your next vacation! In the living room, enjoy the Electric Anti Gravity Reclining Loveseat, with phone chargers included, plus comfortable leather couches to laze back on, and a large Roku TV. The fireplace is electric and available at the flick of a switch! The Master Suite is relaxing, with a King Sized Ergo Adjustable Bed, Roku TV, and a large Master Closet. The En suite Bath has a bright, walk in shower, double sinks and a private commode. There are two more bedrooms with Queen Size Ergo adjustable beds, and a bath to share! The Kitchen is fully loaded with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, a Keurig coffee maker and an air fryer toaster oven. On the back deck, there are Anti Gravity lawn chairs.
Please note* The driveway is steep, but once you have the garage door opener, it is easy to enter home.
Located on the East side of the Village, you will be close to restaurants, a liquor store and Balboa Beach and Marina. This beautiful home will be a wonderful place for your future vacations! See You soon!

With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!
Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.
The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Pets are permitted
NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.
Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $50.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

This house is very beautiful! Very clean and very well appointed. We had our dog with us so we LOVED that it was dog friendly! Just be aware that the driveway is very different from the picture; It is very steep. I am disabled and was unable to get out of the vehicle unless we were parked inside of the garage. But the garage was so perfect and convenient! The ONLY complaint would be that the sheet corners on the king bed and one of the queen beds did not stay on. They would pop off the corners almost immediately while getting into the beds. So we were all just sleeping on clumps of fabric under us. The mattresses and bedding themselves were fantastic!!! There was a remote for the mattress and it could be adjusted at the head and feet as well as vibrating massage; very relaxing and comfortable. The pillows were very comfy as well as the comforters. I could go on and on about all the little positives. This location is definitely one I would recommend and stay in again. 10/10 Recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Stayed for a short weekend. Excellent location. The home backed up to a wooded area, making it peaceful and tranquil. The house itself was beautiful and well appointed. Everything we needed was available, and then some. We would absolutely stay here again.

This place is so new, fresh and clean! We loved it! Having the garage to park to load and unload the car was awesome! We traveled with 2 dogs and being able to leave them in there while we went to town was also fantastic for us (glad it was cool outside). This house is about a 20 minute drive from Hot Springs (and get groceries Before you come up here)- but the drive is worth it! Peaceful, nice beautiful home- thanks for sharing it with us!
