NO WEAPONS POLICY
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives.
Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you're booking through and local authorities.

The Neighborhood:
The home is in Cottage Grove, Houston TX, very close to Downtown, Energy Corridor, Galleria, Medical Center Area, and more! The neighborhood itself is a very peaceful area with cottage-style homes that delight with their historical arquitecture. Memorial Park lies south of the neighborhood, allowing all visitors to engage in fun outdoor activities.
Getting Around:
A short 7-minute drive will take you to the beautiful Memorial Park, a vast urban park known for its trails, golf course, and recreational activities. Additionally, a 15-minute drive will lead you to the famous Minute Maid Park, home of the Houston Astros baseball team!
Other Things to Note:
- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.
- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.
- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.
- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.
- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Pool :
Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.
As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.
The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.
The pool and kiddie pool are not heated
- Landscaping: Is done once a week.
- SECURITY CAMERAS -
For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.
- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.
- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs.
- Other: The fireplace is out of order. High-speed wifi is available; no cable.

The house was very clean and so was the pool. The street is crowded, but that is to be expected in the area. Home is very close to White Oak Bayou bike trail, and that was important to us, as we like to bike and explore the area. I would defiantly recommend this home if you're in the area.

This property is as described. Beautiful backyard. Location is centrally located in Houston. Spacious indoors with each bedroom having a bathroom. Nice size kitchen/living area. Would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed how easy it was to check in. The flexibility of management was helpful, easy, and efficient. That is a huge benefit for a woman of a certain age checking in by herself. Another thing I want to compliment was the level of grace and patience and kindness that I needed to send my information. Thant was very much appreciated.
