About this resort
Newly Remodeled home. Five minute drive to Warm Mineral Springs. This cozy home is in a gated Resort with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms each have a queen bed. The Florida room has a comfortable seating area, and table. The living room has a queen size pull-out sofa bed and TV. The home is air conditioned and has heat. Clothes washer in home, along with a full size, fully equipped kitchen! The resort has a heated pool, hot tub, splash pad, tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, putting green, a fitness center, and more. Located on the Myakka River, there is a fishing pier and a boat ramp for both freshwater and saltwater fishing. A short 10 mile drive to Venice Beach, you will soon realize why Venice is "The Shark Tooth Capital of the World." Famous Siesta Key Beach is only 16 miles north. Historic Downtown Venice has streets lined with shops that define quality shopping and dining, less than a 10 mile drive. Easy on and off access to I-75. Wellen Park is less than 2 miles away. Venice has 9 golf courses within a 30 minute drive, so there's something for everyone!

We really enjoyed our 3 week break from Michigan winter in this VRBO rental. The deco in the mobile home made it very homey and it had everything plus of what we needed. Lots of appliances!!! Master bedroom was very small, but had a comfy queen bed. Couch was also very comfy and large TV was great. Deck made it extra special to sit outside, but do wish it had a table umbrella as it was sunny and hot most of the afternoons. The pool was wonderful and everyone was so friendly. Since we didn’t have a car, we were able to rent a golf cart from someone in the park to make it easier to get around the large area. We were able to Instacart groceries and Uber to downtown and restaurants a few times. Owner was always available if there were questions. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!!
