The house is exactly as pictured. The owner/manager was quick to respond when we had a question. The house is fully stocked with extra blankets, towels, and toiletries. I would definitely stay here again on family vacation.

A spacious & comfortable house for friends & family (11 of us) going to a conference at the nearby Comerica Center. This house has plenty of room to spread out, especially with the three full bathrooms, four bedrooms that sleep two, a sleeper sofa off the kitchen, and space for a couple of air mattresses in the game room. The kitchen was adequate, but I wish there had been room for a bigger dining table (only seated six). I would recommend the addition of tray tables so people can eat off them in the living area while other people eat at the table.
The only disappointment was that the downstairs AC was not working well. During a warm October, the downstairs AC never got below 74 degrees (when the oven was used, the downstairs temperature was near 80 degrees). The difference was really noticeable when going upstairs where the AC worked great!
I texted the number listed in the house book of rules, instructions, and information, but never heard from anyone. There were also some cosmetic issues, such as burned out &/or missing lightbulbs in the Jack and Jill bathroom. Overall, though, the house worked well for our large group.

The house was very clean. The kitchen was stocked nice with kitchenware to be able to cook. Our meals with the backyard was nice and clean and tidy the whole overall experience was very pleasant.

We needed a place for several family members to stay. This property allowed for multiple of us to stay but still enjoy a space to hang out with family.
