This magnificent home is ideally located in central Kill Devil Hills, directly near favorite OBX sights and attractions - restaurants, shops and the Wright Brothers Memorial. Close to the Asheville Street public beach access, this home welcomes events, weddings, corporate retreats and family reunions.
Exclusive amenities such as an elevator, theater room, lounge areas, open-air spaces and a one-of-a-kind outdoor entertainment area blend seamlessly with high-end designer furnishings to create an atmosphere of carefree living, unhurried fun and total comfort and relaxation.
With 16 bedrooms, 16 full and 2 partial baths, the home can easily accommodate an extended family reunion, corporate retreats, or ultimate friends getaway. Multiple gathering areas on each level of Magnolia Cay are centered around varied entertainment options. These areas provide the perfect backdrop for laughter, friendship and perhaps some good-natured competition.
The exterior pool deck features a 16 x 36 custom heated pool. Soak your cares away in one of the two 8-person hot tubs. Enjoy the warm ocean breeze and salted air on the pool deck. Other exterior amenities include outdoor showers, sauna, picnic area and gas grill. A private boardwalk leads you to a deck overlooking the dunes and beyond to the great Atlantic.
The first level boasts a theater room. Catch the latest blockbuster or an old favorite here. It is also home to lounge areas such as a wet bar and game area with pool table. In addition, the first level contains 1 King En Suite, 1 Queen En Suite, an En Suite with two full/twin trundle beds and an additional En Suite single bunk room with another full/twin bunk bed.
On the second level, there is a comfortable den space leading to the outdoor deck area. Enjoy the wet bar on this level for your favorite libations. In addition to those fun places, the second level also features the majority of the sleeping arrangements. This level includes 4 King En Suites, 1 Queen En Suite, 1 Full/Twin Bunk with Trundle, and one room with a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed. These last-named rooms have a semi-private bathroom.
The third level brings the outdoors in with an ocean air great room. You will also find a covered deck and lounge here. This level is what some would call the heart of the home with the grand kitchen, dining room and vaulted great room. Undoubtedly, this will be the scene for many special memories made between family and friends. This level also features 4 King En Suites.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
**Special events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your party can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum. Great property for big families, extra gathering areas, nice pool, plenty of bedrooms.

Enjoyed the property. Family gathered, 28 total people. Used all rooms of the house, plenty of space although the location of the beds was off from the listing. Could have used more kitchen cookware and instructions on how to turn on the tvs! We did cook each day and night, spent lots of time in the pool/hot tubs and at the beach (so close!) Quick response for broken items/concerns. All in all everyone had an amazing time!

I liked the size of the house, location and what the house had (Nice size kitchen, pool, hot tubs) but we had several TV's that didn't work. The Bluetooth radio by the pool only worked on the radio not enough pool seating upon arrival. Water on the floor of 2nd fl bedroom. Boilers kept shutting down. Barbecue's needed cleaning upon arrival. No house manual how to operate tv, media room, ovens, hot tubs, etc. I have used many Air B & B and they always have a house manual (Just a suggesting) Luckily I am a mechanical contractor and with Googles help was able to figure things out. Finally, the house overall is a nice property but needs TLC and it would be great, I paid a nice chunk of change and expected everything to be working good upon arrival, not the be spending time texting and call to have these issues resolved.
