There are multiple dining areas in the home, one in the kitchen featuring seating for four and one in the living room featuring seating for six. The living room features sweeping golf course and lake views, vaulted ceilings, and a queen sleeper sofa. Multiple bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and patio access.
The bedrooms feature the following sleeping configurations: King bed in primary bedroom, Queen bed in 2nd primary bedroom, Two single beds in bedrooms 3 and 4. The primary and second primary bedroom features en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers (and the 1st primary bedroom also features a soaking tub). The third bathroom features a shower/tub combination. There are both 2nd and 3rd story patios overlooking the golf course, as well as balconies overlooking the cul-de-sac on the street side.
