LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This condo is just steps to Angel Fire Ski Resort. We are perfectly perched on top of the hillside, with views looking out to Wheeler Peak! Only 450ft to the Chili Express Ski Lift! This unit comfortably sleeps 4, with a Queen Bed, Bunk Beds, and has a bonus pull out couch. Peaceful location, with perfect sledding spot across the street. Plus the Game Room provides space for toys, bikes, and a great space for family game nights!
🎿 Activities for everyone: We are conveniently located right next to the Angel Fire Ski Resort. A few steps to the left as you exit the condo will take you to the ski basin and ski/ bike rentals shop - ideal for winter sports! Did you know that Angel Fire is the only Ski Mountain to Offer Night Skiing?? Plus, they have a thrilling area for tubing too!
⛰ In the summer time, you can explore the outdoors by renting a bicycle at one of the shops just down the road from us. Additionally take advantage of all the surrounding hiking trails and mountain peaks - all within a 30 minute drive.
✔ HOA Rules : All guest must adhere to the condo rules. Any condo violation fees assessed during the guest stay will be charged directly to the guest. The HOA Rules are posted on the kitchen wall in condo.
❄ Parking: Parking area is directly in front of condo unit. There is a steep incline that leads to parking lot, so a 4WD is recommend in winter months, but not required.

The inside of the property was nice. There was construction going on outside the property. No one made us aware of this. Parking was difficult. Overall the stay was nice. The game room area had a strong musty oder. We did not use that area.

We got the check in information a few days before our trip. Everything was as advertised in the pictures and description. We were so so close to the ski lifts. We just had to walk downhill a block (if that) to get to them. The game room was fun for our girls, and they enjoyed playing/staying in the bunk beds. It reminded them of Harry Potter’s bed at his aunt’s house. Thanks for offering up this space. It was great for a first trip up to Angel Fire.

This was my first time visiting the area and this condo was in the BEST area. Easy access to everything! Will book again soon. Only complaint is there is no TV in the bedroom and there are no blinds or covers over the patio door. As a single lady this was concerning.
