La Roussette

I enjoyed for 9 days a fully equipped, perfectly located property with a superb rooftop terrace. The terrace is private and receives the sun from morning to early evening so is perfect for sun worshippers. It also has a shaded area for dining and views of the church. Inside the property has everything one would need and benefits from very effective air conditioning. (although not needed often as the rooms are naturally cool). The location is in the traditional old part of town with its maze of narrow streets. It is near the local shops eg butcher, bakeries, Spar etc and cafes, bars and restaurants are all within 3 minutes walk. The marina is a 10 minutes stroll and has an excellent choice of restaurants and superb views. A little further and there are wonderful walks along the inland sea area and the entrance to the world famous Canal du Midi. The owners are attentive and work locally so they can sort out any issues quickly (there were none). Highly recommenced.
