About this house rental
Hello! I am renting out my lovingly designed home, which is centered in LA’s new hot spot, Eagle Rock. It’s a 2,387 square foot two story house with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a heated pool. I put this home together with a lot of care to make an elevated ambience and am happy to share it with guests who will appreciate this experience.
The interior is filled with hardwood floors, custom wool shades, colorful postmodern designer furniture, and walls painted in relaxing Roman Clay. This is a dreamy oasis for any creative person who wants to feel inspired by the space that they’re staying in.
The home boasts an open floor plan filled with lots of light, space, and views. The entry features a custom staircase and a social den area. The main level has an office, a formal dining corner, an entertainer’s living room, a laundry room, and a spacious kitchen with island seating that overlooks the pool through large glass sliding doors.
All three bedrooms are located on the second floor with serene treetop views. The primary suite has a king bed and sizable walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a circular soaking tub, double vanity and custom glass enclosed shower. The two guest rooms hold queen beds and share an upstairs bathroom, as well.
The backyard boasts an outdoor bathroom and a custom pool with a dining area, lounge chairs, and landscaping. The outdoor space is deceptively large and includes extensive yard space with fruit trees, two-car covered parking, and a long driveway for plentiful off-street parking.
The street is pretty, calm, friendly, and very safe. Eagle Rock is a chill and buzzy neighborhood full of bars, restaurants, and events just a short walk or two minute drive away.
