The house sits on private 3 acre lot directly on Riviere Petite. It also has beautiful natural creek running through the property adding that magical element. Great fishing off shore/off boat. Hammocks located right over the creek for hypnotizing sounds of trickling water. Sun room + screened gazebo.
Access off quiet dead end city road following 150m driveway for added privacy. Lots of parking. Easy commute from Ottawa or Montreal.
