About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 105 m² house in Plouhinec which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located 150 m from the Ria beach. It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 500 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- 40 m² living room with sofas, TV and wood-burning stove (wood not supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 4: single bed and crib
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- 500 m² fenced garden
- A 34 m² terrace in composite wood with furniture for sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Plouhinec, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Plage de la Ria at 150 m or Beaches of the ocean at 4 km
- Numerous hiking trails (including the coastal path)
- All water sports on the Ria or the sea
- Horse-riding nearby
- Surfing lessons and courses at the Etel nautical base (kayak, dinghy, foils, catamaran)
- Sightseeing in the surrounding area: Carnac, La Trinité sur Mer, Lorient with its nautical and underwater base, Golfe du Morbihan
- Kayak and bike rental nearby

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (2 cars possible). Free public parking is also available 50 meters away.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: 7 min walk from the house, a bus stop serving Lorient TGV station (Line 16 Breizhgo), Auray TGV station 23 min by car.
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud airport 30 min away
