About this apartment rental
A quaint, open plan studio, sits amongst lovely gardens in a very quiet street in Reesville, just six minutes drive from the popular town of Maleny, in the highlands of the Sunshine Coast.
A perfect escape to either see the sights of the Blackall Range, it’s cute villages and amazing walks, or relax in the studio or on it’s expansive deck, for a rejuvenating retreat.
The studio is suitable for a couple, or a single on their own.
The studio was completely renovated in 2020 with new kitchen and bathroom with an expansive deck added to the back of it. Many of the original features like the timber doors and windows were retained, and add character to the building.
The studio is situated separate to the main residence and once inside you will feel quite secluded.
Note: the fireplace is decorative only.

Studio 32 was clean and comfortable and in a quite leafy location. Every little detail had been thought of and some special little treats were provided by our hosts. We would certainly recommend Studio 32 to anyone for a short or longer term stay.

I booked the accommodation for a work trip. The space was beautiful and clean with a lovely garden setting. I loved the thoughtful complimentary local produce and breakfast available. Thank you for being such a lovely host Donna.

Lovely Studio with everything you need for a comfortable stat - hosts have thought of everything. Lovely ambience and decor. Excellent hosts.
Would recommend for singles and couples who want easy access to Maleny and Montville.
