About this house rental
Step into this charming downtown retreat and discover the perfect blend of comfort and convenience!
Located downtown, you'll enjoy hassle-free and ample off-street parking. Tucked away on three city lots, this private haven boasts a spacious yard, with a plum tree and raspberry bush. You will have a nice treed view, since the property is located at the foot of the Connaught Hill flower gardens.
Inside, you'll find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living space is bathed in light, with bright open areas that invite warmth and comfort. At the end of your day, retreat to the master bedroom, featuring a brand new quality firm mattress with a layered topper, offering 19 inches of support and comfort. Meanwhile, the cleverly designed secondary bedroom, also boasting a new mattress for added comfort, can easily be converted to a home office in minutes.
In the kitchen, discover a charming blend of bold and rustic. From stainless steel pots to a large wok and even a slow cooker, you'll have what you need for your everyday cooking. Alongside these, you'll find an air fryer, a tri-brew coffee maker, and a sous vide water oven. Gather around the pub-style dining table for a delightful and cozy mealtime experience.
Get ready to be amazed by lightning-fast 1000 Mbps Wi-Fi, ideal for streaming your favourite shows on the brand new TV in the living room. With Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included, movie nights just got a whole lot better. And for sports enthusiasts, enjoy access to the Sportsnet channel package, ensuring you never miss a moment of the action, especially during hockey season.
Dogs and cats are welcome to join the fun, but please let us know if you are planning to bring them along. While we love the spiral staircase, it may not be suitable for everyone. The yard offers plenty of space for outdoor activities, but it is not fenced.
Let's not forget the modern electric fireplace, the perfect spot to curl up with a good book on chilly evenings. Plus, laundry facilities and a home gym equipped with a weight machine and spin bike ensure that all your needs are met.
