Must be 25 to book! No third party bookings! NO parties or gatherings! (Must be mindfulof my neighbors especially at night!) One pet allowed unless talked about! NO smoking! This luxury and stylish set up is great for couples, friends and families!

The apartment was very nice, just like the photos. It was clean and modern. There was a nice gym & outdoor pool - however, we didn’t have the opportunity to use them. It was a 20 minute drive to sites like World of Coke & the Atlanta Botanical Gardens/Piedmont Park.

Great place to stay! Communication with host was great too. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Atlanta. Safe, quiet, clean, on the 1st floor, and just a very nice complex. For sure would stay again. If you have ATT for cell service, you have to be close to the windows or go out on the patio to talk. WiFi works great! Wasn't a big deal and this is my 13th trip to Atlanta and one of my favorite places to stay. Thanks!!!!
