About this house rental
Cozy, centrally-located 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home w/ full-sized kitchen, 2 TVs, fenced-in backyard w/ firepit, & propane grill. Located near Premium outlets, restaurants, beach, fishing, boating, jet skiing, aquarium, Casino, Gulf Islands Waterpark, Zip N' Fun Adventure Park, Trampoline Park, 10 min. to Gulfport Int. Airport w/ Car Rentals & Ride Share available, 5 min. to I-10 for a short drive to the surrounding areas to experience even more of what the Gulf Coast has to offer.
The space
The accommodation has all that you need for your home away from home. The three bedrooms are all equipped with linens and ample closet space, also featuring two queen and twin bunk beds. Enjoy the private workstation in one room while the kid-friendly room features a custom Chalkboard wall. There are plenty of restaurants nearby; but if you are in the mood for a home cooked meal, the kitchen has all that you need to whip up your favorite meals.
***PLEASE NOTE, that there is an RV that the host uses in the backyard when not on travel. The RV and host may be there or may not be there during your stay depending if I am out of town on travel as I have a remote job. I do not enter the house at all during your stay. I keep to myself unless you all have a maintenance issue that needs to be addressed I will immediately rectify.***
Guest access
Guests will have access to all rooms and closets besides the hall closet and kid's room closet which is used as the cleaner's closet. Kid's closet has a clothes rod for hanging clothes.
Other things to note
There is one, concrete parking space specifically for your use during your stay. There is also free, street parking. Your home comes equipped with liquid hand soap, dishwasher detergent, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, toilet paper, and paper towels. Free washer and dryer available for use - please bring your washing powder.

Plenty of room. Clean. Everything we were looking for. Close to excellent restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. The host was excellent. She even had treats and water ready for pup. Definitely recommended.

We were there for my nephewâs wedding. This was a perfect location for us. Their house, venue and shopping all very convenient.
I originally reserved for my sister and I. My brother had last minute transportation issues and decided to cancel his original plan and stay with us. We ended up with 4 adults. There was plenty of room and we all slept comfortably. Absolutely no complaints and recommend staying here.
