Great location for a team playing at the ESPN Wide World of Sports. The house had a lot of wear and tear. We did a deep clean the day we got there. The floors were filthy. The pool was very gross and looked like mold or algae. The kitchen sink also needs immediate attention. The left side leaks and spills onto the floor. I took a video. It needed to be clearer on the VRBO listing that the Encore Waterpark was not available for use. I am attaching photos of the pool and the sink.
