This charming cottage sits within steps of Downtown Starkville and just 0.8 miles from MSU. This is a prime location to easily walk to football and baseball games, shopping centers and restaurants. Then make it back home with plenty of time to get ready for the nightlife you will find almost next door. There is plenty of space for and everything you need for a comfortable stay while you check out everything Starkville has to offer. The interior has been updated with modern yet charming style.

It is loud at night close to the bar scene area so if a light sleeper and your staying when college kids are in school it can be loud at night until midnight. But GREAT location and very comfortable cottage!

It's a great place. Super cute and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay. Great water pressure in the shower too! Great space to hangout at and you don't have to worry about finding parking in the Cotton District when you stay here!! Bonus! Side note: We knew when renting that it would be very lively in the evenings/late night. This is not the place to rent if you are looking for a quiet location (at least Thur/Fri/Sat nights). We didn't mind but I know it might bother others. You will be right in the middle of things which is great. Easy to walk to MANY restaurants and bars.
