Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.
Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.
Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.
Pool heating is $100 per week and must be requested in advance

We enjoyed this home for a month. The owner did a great job of thinking of just about anything you would need and it was there. Quiet part of town,great outside area and the home office made working remotely very easy. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Great find! The home is close to many restaurants, bars, and shops, making it a perfect location for convenience. It’s well cared for and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. There’s parking for up to 3 vehicles. The property management company was a pleasure to work with—they kept us informed about pest control, deliveries, and any important updates. They also checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly and even helped us find our next long-term rental. A wonderful experience all around!
